Interagency Partnerships/Initiatives:The Autism “Portal” Project: www.autismconnectmd.org
This project is being collaboratively funded through a grant from the McMahan Center- Abilities Activists and MSDE. The portal is an MSDE developed website that will disseminate information about Autism research, education, and advocacy and assist interested families and stakeholders in locating and securing resources for individuals with Autism. The website was officially launched on November 5, 2007, at a full-day public awareness event.
